I have done a total of 22 hours of PT exercises to rebuild my core & shoulder muscles, this month.
Additionally, I was cleared a week ago to use the elliptical machine at the gym, so I've done about an hour a day, for "23 miles" on that. For whatever that's worth. It seems much easier than running out in the real world, so I'm skeptical.

As of 19th I'd covered 21 km of my goal of 40 km, or 53%. I might not make goal this month, cos I'm doing quite a lot of short, intense intervals and few longer runs. We'll see.
Active hours 21 or 83% of my target of 25 hours. Woot! It turns out that discovering Ingress has been really good for making sure I'm walking at least an hour a day.
Still not up to running the usual amounts (anything over 5 miles and gut seems to think i should just stop and find a toilet) but 22.5 miles run and approximately 33 hours of aikido and biking and very little swimming so far)
