Well, I'm all injured, so my running total has increased by only 2 miles (=12.3 for the month) but I am up to 7.5 hours.

You're a great mod, thank you for posting the check-in!

As of 19th I'd covered 21 km of my goal of 40 km, or 53%. I might not make goal this month, cos I'm doing quite a lot of short, intense intervals and few longer runs. We'll see.

Active hours 21 or 83% of my target of 25 hours. Woot! It turns out that discovering Ingress has been really good for making sure I'm walking at least an hour a day.

Why is it so hard to keep up with modding, when one always starts out super-excited about it :) ?

I don't have my spreadsheet, but I'm definitely behind by some amount. Let's say 35 km.

Still not up to running the usual amounts (anything over 5 miles and gut seems to think i should just stop and find a toilet) but 22.5 miles run and approximately 33 hours of aikido and biking and very little swimming so far)
