How did running last week?

Those of you not posting: Feeling bad about not currently running/too embarrassed to admit you haven't been able to drag yourself out to run? Maybe knowing you're not the only one having trouble finding motivation can actually help you find motivation. (I know when I've had longer breaks, it can be depressing to hear about how well seemingly everyone else is doing.)

Only one run on Wednesday, when it was sunny and dry. By Friday I was on my period and the weather turned cold and wet again - both things not very inviting to go running. Not sure how this week will go.

Using a cup makes me more likely to go for a run - sometimes I definitely feel too crappy/lazy, but I'm still so excited about how little fuss it is to run with the cup that I actually want to :o)

I so need a cup icon! I've tried making one, but they never come out how I want them, boo.
