My knee issues are much better thanks to a new pair of shoes. :D
I finished week 5 and totally managed that 20 minute run! Whoot!
Starting week 6. I'm not going to switch to distance, as a I saw some people mention here, but I am going to start trying to run daily and on my non C25K runs, I'm going to do intervals with sprints to try and get my speed up.
I'd really like to be able to run a 5 K myself, but at least for the first one, I don't care what my time is, just that I don't walk any of it!
I'm going to take it easy on my "off" days. Just run enough to feel it. A friend that I'm running with went to the doc, who said, "Go every day! Get addicted. Love it. Never ever stop."
So, I feel like that's pretty good advice. But I'll keep an eye on my knee!

I hope you don't overexert yourself running every day.
