I did six days on at the gym, which is unusual for me, as I usually do three, take a rest, and continue thusly. But I took the weekend off, and it was a tremendous help for my knees, which had been swollen with weather and arthritis issues in addition to doing about ten miles over the course of the week.
This week promises to be good. I'm speeding up my individual miles and really increasing my stamina.
