I managed to run 5.6K on Tuesday, 10K on Wednesday (found a new trail yay), and then went out ot do another 5.6K today, only to find that the riverside trail ahd sprouted an extra loop and an artificial island so it's now technically a 5.8K loop. Huh.
No running at all on the weekend, though I did spend 3.5 hours on the bike... which counts for something I suppose.
It totally counts! I did a 45 minute mountain bike loop today and was pleased to discover it doesn't bother my peroneal tendinitis. It's going to be my cross-training for the next few weeks.
And actually, I love it when trails sprout new loops. More variety is yay!
