Still working out some knee woes, so I ran 4 miles on Wednesday and then yesterday I did a brick workout where I biked 17.5 miles and then ran 3. The brick was tougher than expected because both courses were hilly (I've never really run hills before) and it was omfgsoHOT outside.
Looking forward to getting back into the running groove this week with at least 3 runs plus all the other tri training. Only 47 days until my first tri! *hides*
