My running is still totally off-schedule with all the travel and prep for travel i've been doing at work (on top of the week before's crazy get stuck in europe fiasco) I managed a single run last week with a partner who is too fast for me and i had to ask repeatedly to slow down. but i did also get a nice 20 minute swim in and a 50 mile bike ride so at least i had 3 days of actual exercise. not ideal, but not horrible.
