13 and a half miles in four runs this week. This was my main goal and I'm pretty pleased, though I'd hoped to go a little faster than I did.
Also this week I did some strength work, inspired by the new
lifting_heavy_things
comm.
Signed up for a 5K on the 9th! Just the second one I've ever done, and the first didn't go very well, so I'm apprehensive.
