I ran 10k on Saturday without my hip hurting at all, and today my physio got me to run on a treadmill and critique my running form. This was, in fact, extremely exciting, because no-one's ever actually looked at how how I run before, and hopefully if I improve this I can cut down on my chances of reinjuring myself. Apparently I turn in my knees too much.
(next week, however, I am going to plan for treadmill running and take not just running shorts, but suitably supportive undergarments!)
