I completed week 4 of the couch-to-5k plan, which is running intervals of 3-5-3-5 minutes with a total of 5.5 minutes of walking. All in all, it went fine, except for some knee problems after the second run.
This week will see me doing week 5, which culminates in a 20 minute run without walking. We'll see how that goes :) If I finish it, I'll probably squee in this community.
