runners | October challenge

Post your mileage and active hours for the first week here. I'm at 6.75 miles and 1 hour.

37 miles (including the Wineglass Marathon last Sunday) and 1 hour activity.

Congrats on your marathon - how did it go? And do finishers get an actual wine glass?

Everyone get's a wineglass and a small split of champagne at the expo. The finisher medal is hand made glass. This year it was blue.

That sounds awesome. Was the weather okay? Wasn't there a hurricane off the coast?

The weather was pretty close to perfect. A bit too sunny for my tastes, but a nice breeze blowing. It was 45 or so to start and about 60 at the end.
