runners | October challenge

Post your mileage and active hours for the first week here. I'm at 6.75 miles and 1 hour.

37 miles (including the Wineglass Marathon last Sunday) and 1 hour activity.

29 miles and 1 active hour so far.

Congrats on your marathon - how did it go? And do finishers get an actual wine glass?

Everyone get's a wineglass and a small split of champagne at the expo. The finisher medal is hand made glass. This year it was blue.

21 miles and 5.25 active hours so far - trying to build up for the expected 'slump' of the last week of the month, where I'll be on vacation :)

That sounds awesome. Was the weather okay? Wasn't there a hurricane off the coast?

35 miles, 3/4 hour.

The weather was pretty close to perfect. A bit too sunny for my tastes, but a nice breeze blowing. It was 45 or so to start and about 60 at the end.

I can't find your goals on the original goal post. Would you mind posting them here? Thanks!
