I have not run in two weeks. I had a cold for a week, and then I had the usual migraine & death cramps and then I had... um... no excuses.

Some days weeks are like that. I appreciate you posting Monte Davis' quote, because it's a good reminder for me that running really *does* make me feel much better, and is an effective antidepressant for me.
