Last week was nearly run free. I had some persisting knee soreness and I decided to stop running for a week to let it heal before it had a chance to become a proper knee injury. I did a short 30 minute easy test run on Sunday to see how it was doing and I think it's good to go this week with normal workouts. I have a long bike/run brick on Sunday, though, so I probably won't go too hard before then.
