Small, clip-on .mp3-player recs?

My old .mp3-player is a bit heavy and cumbersome to run with, so I'm thinking of getting something smaller/lighter, and preferably clip-on. IPod shuffles look to be within my pricerange, but I don't know anything about them. Any of you run with them - or have alternate recs?

I have a 4GB iPod nano, too. It's a very nice size, fits into pockets and there are also armband cases for it, like this.

IPod Nanos are too dear for me, I think, and if it doesn't clip on, then I might as well continue to use my current player :o)
