And now, on to the weekly thing: how did your week go, do you feel good about that and what are you up to next?

In the past 7 days I finished week 2 of the Couch-to-5k program and did the first day of week 3. Which means I can now run for three minutes without walking. Whee!

Congrats! I wish I had the self-discipline to follow a program, but I'm both too impatient and too lazy.

I suppose I'll toss the program and just run however long I can very soon. I don't actually like following programs :)

That's great! It's nice to see one's fitness improving little-by-little in concrete steps.

It's amazing how the body can just do these things after a few weeks :)
