I'm at 28 miles, and 2 active hours. So I'm on track for the active hours, but not the miles.
It has been bitterly cold here this week and I wasn't able to get in as many treadmill miles as I planned. (We have a treadmill at home, but Its old and creaky, and getting to a gym is inconvenient and also costly, if I can't scrounge free guest passes.) But tomorrow it's supposed to be warm enough to safely run outside!
45 minutes CrossFit. I did 15 minutes on my own and while one session technically takes 45-50 minutes, there's some standing around involved while we go over movements as well as setting up the weights, so I estimate each session with ~30 minutes.
Unless I missed it, I don't have you down for any mileage/active hours goals in January - do you have goals you want added?
I went for a 1½ hour walk today, but there was also standing around looking at elephants (over the zoo fence) and other animals, so I'm only counting it as an hour :)
I missed this one yesterday, so I'm counting today's 10 miler in with the rest so as of today in January, I've run 41.5 miles, and had 19 hours of swimming, biking and aikido (including 2 separate aikido seminars so that's why it's so high)

Bum!ankle was sore after 10K, so decided not to run Mon-Fri this week.
Went to yoga twice instead. Ran to/from yoga today to get just a little bit of running in.
Silly ankle, why can't you just behave.

It helps me to bundle way up - even if I know I'll overheat in no time, it's still what makes it mentally possible to get out.

Yeah, no goals, because this month is unpredictable, once more.
But still thought I'd check in ;)

Fairly on track, I'd say. If the weather could stop it with the gales now, I might even make my target xD

The wind and the rain needs to stop here >:[
