December weekly plans/check-ins

Hey there! I had said I would manage a challenge for December. Due to end of year busy times, this will be a low-key weekly accountability post, similar to October, asking folks to check in with plans and then accomplishments once a week.

If you're not taking an end of the year break, what are your plans for this week?

My goal is to continue to progress with my gorram PT exercising, rebuilding my rotator cuff and core conditioning, so my physical therapist will clear me to run again on January 1st. My current schedule of exercises has me doing about 75 minutes of hard work every day, so that's keeping me active, at least. My goal is daily shoulder/core work + three sessions on the elliptical machine (without the arm motion).

I also have a goal of getting a xmas tree installed at home WITHOUT re-injuring my shoulder.

(sorry, I sound really grumpy here. It's been a painful day.)
