December weekly plans/check-ins
Hey there! I had said I would manage a challenge for December. Due to end of year busy times, this will be a low-key weekly accountability post, similar to October, asking folks to check in with plans and then accomplishments once a week.

My goal for the month is at least 55 miles, which will let me reach 1000 miles for the year, and I expect to run less later in the month.

My goal for the month is to run
fourthree times per week. I'm not giving a mileage goal because that is at the moment too stressful for me.(also, sorry that I hadn't realized sooner that you were already doing the December challenge!)

And so running will be a relaxing exercise for me rather than another potential stressor :)
... all of which means that my plan is to go running in about half an hour, and that's about as far as my plan extends at the moment!

I also have a goal of getting a xmas tree installed at home WITHOUT re-injuring my shoulder.
(sorry, I sound really grumpy here. It's been a painful day.)
