I need to sign up for a race, my gut tells me - it really helps me get out on train suring this dark, wet and cold season (urgh, Danish winters)!

Winter is hard! So far we have had some cold days, and some dark/cloudy days, but not many of the cold AND cloudy days. Those are the worst - it becomes hard to convince myself that I want to get outside and run!

I went running this morning at 5:45 am in the RAIN (and dark) - v. proud of myself.
