I ran an awesome half marathon and PRed by more than 4 minutes! Then my injury from the week before caught up with me. And I caught a cold. Phooey. I ran 4 slow miles today for the first time in a week.

Congratulations on a fabulous run!! And all the best for Boston!

I picked up the Brad Hudson book you recommended, by the way, and am starting work at the very wimpy end of the schedule (just four hill sprints this week, after two last week!). I like the way it goes through things - very clear.

Thank you! I'm glad you're finding the book useful. I think that there is a lot of value to the self-assessment part in particular.
