This week's plan: 30 miles, but maybe less if I'm not really feeling better, or a little bit more if I feel great. I have a half-marathon on the 19th so I'm trying to balance cold recovery and staying fit!
Thanks! I should be fine for the race, though I'm a bit paranoid because of the time a cold turned into bronchitis a few years ago and I missed weeks of running and two races...
I met my goal of more than 50 miles last week, with a total of 53.8.
This week, I am running two races: a trail half marathon on Saturday and a road half marathon on Sunday. My goal is under 2:35 for the first one and under 1:50 for the second one, and to not get sick, like everyone else seems to be!
Week 1 was a wash-out, I didn't manage to do any of the running or other exercise I'd hoped for. This week is going to be tight, but I am hoping to go for two runs.

Still ill today and not expecting to be well enough for a run until end of the week at the earliest :/

Sooo ready to be well - staying at home sick isn't the fun and games one might think.

I am feeling a bit better by now and so I hope to go running at least twice this week and/or make 15km.

Do you have a tentative slot for the first run?
