September challenge: running round Wales

Welcome to the September challenge! Today we're setting off from Chepstow on the Wye:


The plan is to run 1400 km along the Welsh coast, then to continue along Offa's Dyke to return to our starting point. And if we make it all the way round Wales we can run round Devon and Cornwall (second choice option from the poll), or inland towards London if we get tired of the sea.

Considering this month has been of to a better start than August already, I'm hopeful that I will reach my perpetual goal of 75km/25h this time.
