September challenge: running round Wales

Welcome to the September challenge! Today we're setting off from Chepstow on the Wye:
CHEPSTOW CASTLE ON THE RIVER WYE

The plan is to run 1400 km along the Welsh coast, then to continue along Offa's Dyke to return to our starting point. And if we make it all the way round Wales we can run round Devon and Cornwall (second choice option from the poll), or inland towards London if we get tired of the sea.

Please comment here with your goals for September, running distance and active hours.

Running: 120 miles, which might be a little ambitious but I want to challenge myself. Also 6 active hours.

Considering this month has been of to a better start than August already, I'm hopeful that I will reach my perpetual goal of 75km/25h this time.

I have absolutely no idea, but this is the month before the next marathon so it's going to be big, let's say 160 miles and 20 hours of biking and aikido :-)
