April Challenge
Hi Everyone!
Congratulations to all on the March challenge - I hope everyone has now recovered from their sea legs and is firmly back on dry land...
The time has come for the April challenge, where the plan is to mix things up a bit (going by the comments in the last post). Not just a mileage challenge this month, but also a time challenge of hours spent being active - whether walking, crossfit, netball matches, yoga, swimming, vigorous wedding disco dancing ... whatever gets you moving!
You can choose to target either active hours only, or miles only, or both...
For example, this month I shall be aiming for 20 active hours and also 20 miles run (or rather jogged, given my usual pace). So if I spend an hour jogging five miles, I can count this either as an hour of the active hours target or 5 miles on the mileage target (not both).
And don't worry - we'll still have something to aim for to make things a little more interesting! (I have some things in mind depending on how many miles and hours we end up with (*insert evil laugh here*)
If you want to join this highly exciting but as yet undisclosed April challenge, please sign up in the comments below with:
(a) Your target hours of activity ; and/or
(b) Your target miles of running.
And if you want to join up as a supernumerary (I like that term!), so have your own target but not have it count in the challenge, then also sign up in comments.

no subject
so it's 2 hours a week of swimming, biking, and core. that sounds a lot more doable!, total 8 hours...
