I was sick for most of December, and I wasn't doing much before that because of school, so in 2012, I'm essentially starting over. But that's okay. It feel good to get back to running even if it's slow going.
I started almost over in 2011, because of a long icy winter, where I twisted my knee, and couldn't run - and had the best running year so far. So it's not necessarily bad.
