After a lazy first two weeks, I ran 3 times last week: a total of 18+ km, all steady runs, no walking. That's a lot for me in one week, and as it was all on asphalt/sidewalk, my knees are feeling it a bit.
Hoping to do 3 runs this week, too, but definitely doing run/walk intervals to save my knees.
First race in 2012 is a 10K beginning of February. Not sure if I should hope for a PR, or just take it slow and steady. I'm thinking slow and steady, and focusing on a good race experience (I don't think I'll make it to PR shape, anyways).
