It's still November 1 for me, but it's Monday already in Europe (not to mention the Antipodes) and since I'm in a relatively late time zone, I figured I'd put this here and you all can check in and give each other encouragement until I get up tomorrow morning.

So, how goes your training? What are your current goals? If you're in the northern hemisphere, how are you dealing with winter weather?

Go me for having goals I never meet :o) ?

I get cold - I get cold easily and I get hot easily. I'll even wear mittens when running in winter! And of course my trusty earmuffs <3
