I'm running okay! I had a really nice 12-miler last week that made me feel a lot better about my decision to run a half on the 16th. I'm still getting a lot of aches, and I'm not as fast as I used to be, but I am definitely remembering how to run again.
Thanks! And, hee. In my usual online runners' hangout I'm embarrassed about how relatively few miles I run compared to the big guys, even when I'm at my peak! I mean, some of these people run 400+ miles a month - I can't imagine.
