I'm still slowly working my way back into things but twice in the last week I ran for 30 minutes, which is the longest I've done since June. I've been doing fairly well at running a few times a week, at least once with a group, and enjoying that company more than I have in the past.
I am starting getting bored with the park by where I live, but feel guilty driving to get to some other park. We'll see how that goes.
I should probably sign up for a 5k. I could use that motivation. I think I'll go looking for one now - hey, an excuse to put off my work, yay!

I signed up for a 5K on October 1st! It's at the park near where I live!
My city is not especially bike- or pedestrian friendly so I've been hesitant about running or biking not-in-a-park, but I could try it one of these days. I did try biking to work a couple weeks ago and got a flat tire that I haven't gotten around to fixing, so I would need to take care of that first.

Can you RUN to another park? Bike to one? Run not-in-a-park?
