I'm still babying my healing stress fracture. I am slowly ramping up my running, although most of it is on the trails to give me a softer surface, and therefore quite slow. Up to 27 miles last week, hoping to do the same or slightly better this week.
I am pretty sure I'm going to sign up for The Other Half Marathon in Moab, UT in mid-October. It's a scenic race, there is free beer at the end, my friends do it, and my husband will be off hunting so I might as well. I just have to convince myself that it will NOT be a PR attempt, and to take it easy, rather than racing it.
