So, how is training going? What are your immediate/current goals? Any longer-term goals you're working towards?

Hello everyone! Nice to hear how things are going with you all.

My immediate goal is my second half-marathon in one week's time, in which I would like to not be slower than I was last year (2 hours 4 min). I've been under a lot of pressure with work and haven't really put the hours into running that I wanted, plus had some problems with calf pain, so going under two hours may have to wait for a local half-marathon in the new year. I did a very slow 10k race six weeks ago (4 minutes over my last time) for no apparent reason, which made me wonder if I'd just completely stalled, but managed an 18k training run three weeks ago at 6 min per k so am hopefully reasonable for stamina.

My main problem at the moment is the fact that the race is in the city I used to live in, and scheduling catch-ups with everyone and the race itself is creating conflicts!
