Haven't run much all summer, but I did about a mile on Friday and a just under 2 miles on Saturday. I've just moved to a new city and am hoping running can be one way of meeting some new people. Will try to get in another short run tomorrow morning.

I found that running was a great way to explore when I moved to a new town.

Sounds like you're well on your way back into it already - I find it hard to start up again after a break!
