Ran my second triathlon this weekend, and my first at the Olympic distance! Race report is up (but locked, sorry). I think I did pretty well, all things considered. I hit my goal time of under 4 hours (3:55:00) and had a good time despite some rain in the morning and some uncooperative muscles.

Now I'm spending the rest of the season focusing on cycling and running. I've got individual events lined up for most of September and October. Yay!

Congratulations on hitting your goal time! September and October are usually good months for racing (at least in the US) - the weather tends to be on the cool side so you can go faster.
