(BTW, his book Ultramarathon Man is an entertaining read; I listened to the audiobook version this winter while running, and let me tell you, listening to him talk about running in the Antarctic kept me from wimping out from a 10-miler in the snow.)

I'm still confined to biking for my exercise (and had a marvelous ride yesterday), but I am hoping to start running again a little bit toward the end of the week, hooray!
