This looks like a fairly beginner-oriented book, but I know there are several people out there who are just getting started and might benefit from a small collection of fairly general advice. It's a self-published book by a person I know through running social media; I glanced at it and there's nothing particularly specific or unusual in it, but it might help with motivation and answers to basic questions. It is weight-loss oriented although that's more the author's personal perspective on running (he started running to lose weight).
