I'm in the middle of a horrible UC flare up, but regardless there's a half marathon to be run in May and I need my fitness back. It's demoralizing how much it's deteriorated. Running - 75 miles Biking + Aikido - the usual 40 hours or so. Sick or not, I can't just teleport to work and Aikido doesn't teach itself...
100km and 15 active hours with the chance that some of those km have to be changed into hours as I have to accept that my regular trails being flooded means I _can_ still do my rounds, but it probably shouldn't count as actual running mileage any more at some point xD
That's great! The way we have been doing these is that distance (which you can give either miles or km, I can convert) is one option, and "active hours" is another option for things other than running - swimming, core work, biking, whatever. So you don't need to target a time for your running - whatever it takes is fine! Let me know if you are claiming 5 active hours (doing active things other than running) or not. (I don't do hours, just miles.)
