72 miles run (yay), 12.5 hours of biking and a teeny bit of core workout.
I might make my year-long goals after all (had a crappy May due to illness but December has shaped up much better than anticipated despite Christmas and a funeral...). Taking a rest day today though, after yesterday's 10 mile run. Quiche wants making!
15km and 6 active hours now. I have lots of excuses ranging from the weather to work being ridiculously busy, but none of them really count :/ I shall simply have to do better next year.
