October challenge - final checkin

 How did you do for the month? I did 42 miles and 5 hours of exercise, so I made my goals, but only by a bit.

I ran 142 miles, so (barely) exceeded my goal, but my core hours were only 2.5 out of 4 so I really missed that one!
