October challenge - goals

New participants are welcome! Please mention whether your planned mileage is in miles or kilometers. Active hours can be time spent doing a particular non-running form of exercise, like biking or swimming, or your total time cross-training.
I'm shooting for 40 miles this month (I started running in January oh god what happened) and 5 hours of biking, because I should start doing that again.
