Still only the 5km from last Sunday. I didn't go running this week (temperatures up to 40°C), and even though it's a lot cooler today, I'll stay in and rest. I'm dead tired and weak, and I really hope the heat wave ends soon.
I really dislike running when it's 75F or more, so I have been lucky that the heat hasn't been too bad where I live, or it hasn't lasted for many days so I can plan my running around it. I'm hoping that will continue for the rest of the summer!
Yeah, it's a record heat for us - the hottest summer in Germany since 2003. Right now it's "only" 27°C outside where I live, and slightly overcast. Compared to the last few days it almost feels cool. As long as I'm not moving. Meh.
About 10 miles so far and 4.5 hours of active time, including today's run, which ended up getting cut a bit shorter than usual because my ankle started acting up. Why are they so fragile?
The heat's not so bad. Today's morning temperatures were about 75ºF, which is kind of unpleasant but workable. I have the advantage of living in northern California, which has pretty stable weather year-round, so it's not actually all that far off from the weather in January.
Yep, that's what my convert tool gives me, too. Next week's supposed to be hot again, with the occasional thunderstorm for variety. Can't wait for summer to be over!
Hello from Canada, where I am not running (or in the challenge) but it isn't too hot and I am hiking about as many miles as I typically run, 40-50 a week!
2.5 km running, 11.2 active hours as of midday today. A good portion of my activity has been cycling - total distance for that for the month thus far is 32 km.

Not tracking my overall mileage, but it hasn't been too bad. Sure can't wait for summer to end, though.
