Gah, I'm pretty sure a cold kept my numbers down at the start of the month, and now another one is keeping it down at the end. I hate working out with a cold.

82.5 miles run, and 20 active hours.

Especially fun: doing the last 8 of those miles as part of a Hairy Haggis relay team at the Edinburgh marathon yesterday! :)

86 miles run - the last 11 as part of the Hairy Haggis relay at Edinburgh. I can't wait to have another DW runners meetup next year!

43 active hours (not counting the climb up to Arthur's Seat in Edinburgh and the additional 15 miles I walked yesterday while spectating and getting to places that i was supposed to run - at least that's what the Garmin says. Some 5 of those were more likely actually just vigorous clapping...)
