May Week Three checkin

Week Three checkin! 

I ran 5.25 miles this week, and got in 1 active hour. Also I managed to run 1km in eight minutes, which is an achievement for me.

My monthly totals are so far only 54.5 miles (pretty far off goal :-( ) but 37 hours of biking and martial arts so far!
