Active hours (incl. the rowing, as that was part of the CF classes): 5.5h

and 40 other hours total (including 40 minutes of yoga this week, yay! Things are starting to get stiff and difficult because of too much running and aikido rolls so gentle yoga in the mornings is back on the books.)
Sadly, I can't take March as I'm traveling too much this month. I can do April, though or May.

As I suspected, I got ZERO additional miles in, for the final week of the month. But! 3 more active hours. Darn, I don't have my totals here on my phone at the park. I'll check the last week post and get back to you with the totals for the month.
