I am officially allergic to the air this week, and I just came down with the nassssty head cold that's already been through the rest of my family, so it's a very good thing that I'm slightly ahead of my target. Not sure I'm going to get any running at all this next week.

100 miles run :-)
27 hours active of which 25.5 are aikido and only one is swimming and 0.5 is biking. I believe that officially makes me a martial artist who runs rather than a triathlete who does aikido...
In other news, nothing like a 16 mile long run to make one feel like an old old woman ;-) boy am I sore.
