I think my total is now at 2.9 mi? Maybe 2.8 mi? I'm not sure exactly how long the loop around the neighborhood is, but I definitely walked 1.1 mi on the treadmill and a mile-ish around the neighborhood.

22 miles run (9 of that today, playing catchup.)
6 hours active time (upper body & core work, + hiking)

The weather has been absolutely glorious here -- in the 70's for a week now. But the drought is going to kill us.

And as usual, I miss the check in post until 2 days later...

As of the end of Saturday, 65.5 miles run total for the month and 18 hours of aikido (not counting the 8 hours that I taught!) and 0.5 hours of biking. I have to get back on the bike again!

Not doing great this month, quite apart from forgetting to check in last week. I've managed 14 km of my hoped for 40 km total, and 8 hours of a hoped for 30. Those are for all of February so far, I'd be in much better shape if they were just week 2! I don't think I'm going to make my goals at all, but something is better than nothing.
