(And ca. 13 hours of yoga, which I don't count here, as I don't currently need incentive to do it. Ankle not wanting to run as much as me is incentive enough.)
108 miles, 5.5 hours. Just under my mileage goal, I would have hit it but I had to do my weekend long run today instead of yesterday. (10 miles in the snow!)
I wish I didn't find biking so boring; it'd be good exercise that isn't as hard on knee and ankle as running. But it's so boring bordering on awful in Copenhagen :)
Well, I bike to work so that's a useful 45 minutes of biking every day I go into the office... nice way to get some exercise out of the way and arrive at work actually awake :)
I bike to work too, but currently only 4 km each way - I consider it a great addition to my other exercise, and would be sorry to be without it.
(In fact, I refuse to not live within biking distance of my work, even though it means living in crappy expensive apartments in Copenhagen. I could have it all - large, new apartment with awesome bathroom - if I wanted to live outside Copenhagen and commute by public transportation. But sitting on an overfilled city train/bus every day, argh, *sporks self to death*.)
