I'd probably help it along if I wasn't doing all the yoga - but I was just getting in pretty ok shape for the first time in my life, it's hard to give that up :)
I'm at 68 miles and it's unlikely I'll make it to 100. 2 weeks with the stomach flu did me in. I only had 14 miles the first week of January and 18 the second.
I always manage to miss these when they're posted... As of yesterday I am at 96 miles and 42 hours of aikido :-) For the first time in 3 months I will easily make my monthly mileage goal!

Ankle is still unhappy, and gets a break from running until next Friday, so I don't expect to make even my readjusted cheat-goal.
