I've got 55.5 miles and 24 hours of aikido with some swimming and a bit of biking thrown in. It occurs to me that I might be a tiny bit obsessed at this point...

Even though I haven't set a goal, I still need to keep myself accountable, so I'll keep checking in ;)
Mileage: 6.9km. Unchanged because it's dark when I get home -> no running as I currently doN't have access to a treadmill.
Hours: 2h 5m of Crossfit and Bouldering.
